The app allows you to log contraction frequency, duration, and intensity, and provides standard

indicators to help you feel more prepared for labor. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your

use of the Contraction Timer – Labor app (“the App”) and your relationship with Alessandro Pace

(“we”, “our”, or “us”), the sole creator and developer of the App.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, and/or using

Contraction Timer – Labor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms,

you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Contraction Timer – Labor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,

and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the App immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective

- Contraction logs (frequency, duration, intensity) are stored locally on your device and optionally

in iCloud (if you enable sync).

- Any reports you export (e.g., PDF files) remain under your control.

Data Control

- You remain in full control of your contraction data.

- Contraction Timer – Labor does not send or share this information outside your device or iCloud.

Data Sharing

- We do not share, sell, or distribute your data to third parties.

- Any sharing of reports or data is initiated solely by you.

4. Intellectual Property

The Contraction Timer – Labor App, including but not limited to the design, features, and content,

is the intellectual property of Alessandro Pace. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create

derivative works based on the App without express written permission.

5. Health Disclaimer

Contraction Timer – Labor is intended as a **support tool only**. It is **not a medical device**

and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

- Always consult your doctor or midwife regarding contraction frequency and duration.

- Recommendations in the app are based on standard indicators (such as the 5-1-1 rule), but every

pregnancy and labor may differ.

- If labor pains become unbearable, or if you are concerned for any reason, go to the hospital

immediately, regardless of what the app suggests.

- Trust your body and seek medical attention whenever in doubt.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Contraction Timer – Labor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties

of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements,

be uninterrupted, or be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alessandro Pace shall not be liable for any

direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection

with your use of the App.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to

the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation

of these Terms.
